"User"

"Business"

means any merchant, retailer, manufacturer, supplier, wholesaler, service provider, freelancer, contractor, consultant, professional, property owner, employer, organization, company, or other commercial entity that uses the Platform to offer products, services, employment opportunities, property, or other commercial offerings.

"Personal Information," "Personal Data," or "Information"

means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be associated with, or could directly or indirectly identify an individual. Depending upon applicable law, Personal Information may include names, contact details, identification numbers, photographs, payment information, location information, device identifiers, online identifiers, communications, transaction history, verification documents, and other information described in this Privacy Policy.

"Processing"

By accessing, downloading, installing, registering for, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, each User acknowledges that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, retention, transfer, and other processing of their Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Where registration or account creation is required, users may be asked to indicate their acceptance by clicking an "Accept," "Agree," "Continue," "Register," or similarly designated button or by completing another electronic confirmation process made available through the Platform. Businesses using the Platform acknowledge that they may independently collect and process Personal Information relating to their own customers, employees, contractors, suppliers, or other individuals. Such processing remains the independent responsibility of the relevant Business except where Fazl APP expressly acts as a data processor or otherwise assumes specific legal responsibilities under a separate written agreement.

Users understand that the continued use of the Platform after any revision, amendment, or update to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy unless applicable law requires separate or additional consent. Where legally required, Fazl APP will obtain appropriate consent before processing Personal Information for new purposes requiring such consent.

Fazl APP continually develops its Platform, introduces new technologies, expands its services, integrates with additional business partners, and adapts its operations to comply with evolving legal, regulatory, and industry requirements. The Company reserves the right to modify any provision of this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion, provided that such modifications are made in accordance with applicable law. Nothing contained within this Section shall prevent Fazl APP from collecting, retaining, or disclosing limited information where such processing is required to comply with applicable law, protect the safety of a child or another individual, investigate suspected unlawful activity, respond to lawful requests from competent authorities, establish or defend legal claims, or fulfill any other legal obligation imposed upon the Company.

Where future Platform services are specifically designed for educational institutions, youth organizations, family services, or other activities involving minors, Fazl APP may publish supplementary privacy notices, parental consent mechanisms, or additional child protection measures applicable to those particular services.

The protection of children's privacy is an important component of Fazl APP's commitment to responsible data handling. The Company will continue to evaluate its policies, technologies, verification procedures, and operational practices to ensure that Personal Information relating to children receives appropriate protection consistent with evolving legal standards and industry best practices.

Fazl APP collects Personal Information that users voluntarily provide when interacting with the Platform. The information collected depends upon the services used, the type of account created, the features accessed, the user's role within the Platform, and the nature of the interaction with Fazl APP. Information is collected only where it is reasonably necessary to provide requested services, operate the Platform, improve user experience, maintain security, comply with applicable legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and support the legitimate operation of our marketplace ecosystem.

Users may provide Personal Information at various stages of their relationship with Fazl APP, including when creating an account, completing a business profile, submitting customer requests, publishing listings, responding to marketplace opportunities, communicating with other users, contacting customer support, participating in promotional campaigns, subscribing to premium services, completing verification procedures, making payments, applying for employment opportunities, or otherwise interacting with the Platform.

Depending upon the relevant service, users may voluntarily provide information including their full name, business name, username, email address, telephone number, date of birth where legally required, profile photograph, business logo, postal address, service locations, preferred language, professional qualifications, educational background, licensing information, tax registration details, payment preferences, billing information, product information, service descriptions, portfolio materials, pricing information, business hours, operating locations, social media links, website addresses, marketing preferences, communication preferences, and other information necessary for the operation of the Platform.

Customers may also provide detailed information regarding products or services they wish to obtain through the reverse marketplace system. Such information may include descriptions of requested products or services, budgets, preferred completion dates, delivery requirements, photographs, supporting documents, property information, project specifications, appointment availability, preferred communication methods, and any additional information voluntarily supplied to facilitate communication with businesses.

Businesses may voluntarily submit extensive commercial information for the purpose of establishing their digital presence on the Platform. This may include company registration details, product catalogues, service categories, certifications, licenses, insurance information, promotional content, images, videos, pricing information, inventory availability, delivery areas, warranty policies, refund policies, customer service information, and other information necessary to operate their business through the Platform.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that all Personal Information and other content voluntarily submitted to Fazl APP is accurate, complete, current, and lawful. The submission of false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or unauthorized information may impair the proper functioning of the Platform, delay verification processes, interfere with commercial transactions, expose other users to unnecessary risks, or result in suspension or termination of Platform access in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Where users voluntarily provide information relating to another individual, including employees, representatives, customers, contractors, suppliers, family members, or other third parties, users represent and warrant that they possess the legal authority, consent, or other lawful basis necessary to disclose such information to Fazl APP for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Certain categories of Personal Information requested by Fazl APP may be optional, while others may be mandatory for the provision of particular Platform services. Where mandatory information is not provided, Fazl APP may be unable to create an account, verify a business, process a transaction, facilitate communication, complete a payment, provide customer support, or otherwise deliver the requested services.

Users registering as businesses, service providers, merchants, property owners, employers, delivery partners, or other commercial entities may be required to provide additional registration information depending upon the services selected. Such information may include legal entity names, business registration numbers, tax identification numbers, licensing information, business addresses, ownership details, authorized representatives, regulatory approvals, professional certifications, insurance information, banking details for approved services, and other documentation reasonably necessary for business verification and compliance.

Fazl APP may also collect information relating to account preferences and configuration settings, including notification preferences, communication preferences, privacy settings, language selections, marketing preferences, preferred categories, geographical service areas, account security options, authentication settings, and other administrative information that enables users to customize their Platform experience.

To enhance account security, Fazl APP may collect information relating to password creation, multi-factor authentication preferences, authentication tokens, login verification methods, recovery contact information, security questions where applicable, trusted devices, and other information necessary to protect user accounts from unauthorized access.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate throughout the duration of their relationship with the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts for deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or policy-avoidance purposes is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Fazl APP. To promote trust, transparency, marketplace integrity, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the overall security of the Platform, Fazl APP may require businesses, merchants, retailers, manufacturers, service providers, contractors, freelancers, delivery partners, property owners, employers, advertisers, and other commercial users to complete one or more verification procedures before gaining access to certain Platform features or services.

The information collected during business verification may vary depending upon the user's business category, geographical location, applicable legal requirements, the services offered, the level of Platform access requested, and the risk profile associated with the relevant business activities.

Businesses may be required to provide information including, but not limited to, their legal business name, trading name, business registration number, company incorporation documents, tax registration details, value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST) registration where applicable, business licenses, professional certifications, regulatory approvals, permits, insurance information, business addresses, operating locations, contact information, authorized representatives, ownership details, shareholder information where legally required, banking information for approved financial services, and any additional documentation reasonably necessary to establish the legitimacy of the business.

Depending upon the nature of the products or services offered, Fazl APP may request additional industry-specific documentation. Such documentation may include healthcare licenses, construction permits, transportation authorizations, educational certifications, food safety registrations, import or export approvals, environmental compliance certificates, real estate licenses, employment registrations, or any other documents necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Where a business operates through multiple branches, franchises, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities, Fazl APP may request information relating to each relevant operating location to ensure that Platform records accurately reflect the business structure and service coverage represented to customers.

The Company may periodically request updated verification information where licenses expire, business ownership changes, regulatory approvals are renewed, addresses are modified, legal entities are reorganized, or other material changes occur that may affect the accuracy or validity of previously submitted information.

Verification information may be reviewed manually by authorized personnel, verified using automated technologies, cross-checked against publicly available business registries, validated through government databases where legally permissible, or confirmed through trusted third-party verification providers engaged by Fazl APP.

The successful completion of business verification does not constitute an endorsement, certification, accreditation, recommendation, guarantee, warranty, or representation by Fazl APP regarding the quality, reliability, financial stability, legal compliance, operational capability, future conduct, or commercial performance of the relevant business. Verification indicates only that the business has satisfied the verification procedures established by Fazl APP at the relevant time based upon the information available during the review process.

Businesses acknowledge that Fazl APP may retain verification records, audit logs, review notes, verification decisions, correspondence, supporting documentation, and related compliance information for reasonable periods necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to regulatory requests, resolve disputes, investigate fraud, enforce contractual rights, maintain Platform security, or support future verification activities.

Where verification cannot be completed due to incomplete documentation, inconsistent information, suspected fraud, expired licenses, regulatory restrictions, or other legitimate concerns, Fazl APP may decline, suspend, postpone, or revoke verification status without affecting any other legal rights available to the Company under applicable law or the Terms and Conditions.

The submission of forged, altered, expired, stolen, manipulated, misleading, or unauthorized identity documents may result in immediate suspension or termination of Platform access and may be reported to competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

Where customers utilize the Platform's Reverse Marketplace Model, submitted request information may be shared with businesses that satisfy relevant search criteria, geographical requirements, verification standards, service categories, availability preferences, subscription eligibility, or other matching criteria established by the Platform. The purpose of such sharing is to enable qualified businesses to respond efficiently to legitimate customer requests.

Businesses responding to customer requests may submit quotations, pricing information, estimated completion times, product recommendations, service proposals, promotional offers, warranty information, supporting documents, availability schedules, business credentials, images, videos, or other information relevant to the requested transaction. The Platform may also record information relating to marketplace interactions, including the date and time requests are submitted, categories selected, businesses notified, quotations received, customer responses, accepted or declined proposals, communication histories, transaction status, cancellations, modifications, customer preferences, and other operational information reasonably necessary to administer the marketplace.

Information submitted through customer requests may be analyzed using automated technologies, recommendation systems, artificial intelligence tools, machine learning models, search algorithms, statistical analysis, or similar technologies to improve business matching, enhance search relevance, reduce duplicate requests, detect fraudulent activity, optimize Platform performance, personalize recommendations, and improve the efficiency of marketplace operations.

Users acknowledge that information voluntarily included within marketplace requests may become visible to eligible businesses participating in the relevant marketplace category in accordance with the privacy settings, visibility options, and operational rules applicable to the specific Platform feature being used. Customers are therefore encouraged to avoid including confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary Personal Information within request descriptions unless such information is reasonably required to obtain the requested products or services.

Marketplace information may also be retained for customer support, complaint handling, legal compliance, fraud prevention, transaction history, business analytics, service quality improvement, performance reporting, and dispute resolution purposes. Where possible and appropriate, Fazl APP may aggregate or anonymize marketplace data for research, statistical reporting, business intelligence, service optimization, product development, and other legitimate commercial purposes without identifying individual users.

The collection and processing of marketplace information are fundamental to the operation of the Platform and enable Fazl APP to provide its Reverse Marketplace Model, facilitate commercial interactions, improve matching accuracy, support communication between customers and businesses, maintain operational records, and deliver a secure, efficient, and transparent digital marketplace experience for all users.

Fazl APP collects and processes information exchanged through the Platform's communication features and customer support channels in order to facilitate commercial interactions, respond to user enquiries, investigate complaints, resolve disputes, improve customer service, maintain Platform security, comply with applicable legal obligations, and enhance the overall quality of our services.

Users may communicate through various channels provided or supported by the Platform, including in-app messaging, business enquiries, quotation requests, customer support tickets, email correspondence, live chat services, contact forms, telephone support where available, push notifications, system messages, feedback forms, surveys, social media interactions, and other communication methods that Fazl APP may introduce from time to time.

The information collected through these communications may include message content, attachments, images, videos, audio recordings, documents, invoices, receipts, screenshots, product photographs, technical information, complaint details, delivery updates, appointment confirmations, customer preferences, business responses, dispute-related information, and any additional information voluntarily provided by users during their interactions with the Platform or with other users.

The Platform enables users to create, upload, publish, submit, modify, share, and otherwise make available various forms of content that support commercial activities, business promotion, customer engagement, community participation, and marketplace functionality. Fazl APP collects and processes such User-Generated Content in order to operate the Platform, facilitate user interactions, improve marketplace services, enforce Platform policies, and provide a secure and transparent digital environment.

User-Generated Content may include business profiles, product listings, service descriptions, private listings, customer requests, reviews, ratings, comments, community feed posts, promotional materials, advertisements, images, videos, logos, audio recordings, documents, business portfolios, resumes, job postings, property listings, event announcements, educational content, responses to customer enquiries, quotations, proposals, marketing campaigns, and any other content voluntarily submitted through the Platform.

Users may also upload supporting materials including photographs of products, business premises, service results, identification documents submitted during verification, invoices, certificates, licenses, warranties, manuals, technical drawings, contracts, property images, promotional banners, business logos, profile pictures, and other files necessary for the operation of specific Platform features.

Fazl APP may process User-Generated Content for numerous legitimate purposes, including displaying content to other users, improving search functionality, enhancing recommendation systems, facilitating customer-business matching, verifying compliance with Platform policies, detecting prohibited content, preventing fraud, investigating complaints, responding to legal requests, generating analytics, improving artificial intelligence systems, maintaining Platform security, and supporting customer service operations.

Users acknowledge that content published through public or semi-public areas of the Platform may become visible to other users according to the visibility settings associated with the relevant Platform feature. Depending upon the applicable functionality, User-Generated Content may appear in business profiles, search results, category pages, promotional sections, community feeds, recommendation systems, quotation responses, marketplace requests, advertisements, or other areas of the Platform designed to facilitate commercial engagement.

Certain categories of User-Generated Content may be reviewed using automated moderation technologies, keyword detection systems, artificial intelligence tools, image recognition technologies, spam detection mechanisms, fraud prevention systems, manual moderation procedures, or combinations thereof. These processes are implemented to identify unlawful, harmful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content and to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that all User-Generated Content submitted to the Platform is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, current, and consistent with the Platform's Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, intellectual property requirements, advertising standards, and applicable law. The submission of content that violates applicable legal requirements or Platform policies may result in moderation, removal, restricted visibility, account suspension, termination, or other enforcement actions as permitted by applicable law.

The Company may retain User-Generated Content, including deleted or modified content where appropriate, for reasonable periods necessary to comply with legal obligations, investigate disputes, respond to regulatory requests, enforce contractual rights, maintain audit records, detect fraud, preserve evidence, improve Platform services, or protect the legitimate interests of Fazl APP and its users. Where legally permissible and technically appropriate, certain content may be anonymized or aggregated for research, statistical reporting, product development, system testing, performance analysis, or other legitimate business purposes without identifying individual users.

Nothing contained within this Section grants Fazl APP ownership of User-Generated Content beyond the rights necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and lawfully provide the Platform in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and any applicable content license granted by the user.

To provide, maintain, optimize, secure, and improve the Platform, Fazl APP may automatically collect certain technical information relating to the devices, software, networks, and systems used to access our services. The collection of Device Information enables the Company to ensure reliable Platform performance, maintain cybersecurity, personalize user experiences, troubleshoot technical issues, detect fraudulent activity, improve compatibility across different devices, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Device Information may include the type of device used to access the Platform, device manufacturer, model number, hardware specifications, operating system name and version, browser type and version, application version, language preferences, regional settings, time zone, screen resolution, display settings, processor information, memory configuration, battery status where relevant to Platform functionality, available storage necessary for application performance, and other technical characteristics that facilitate the efficient operation of the Platform.
